The last time I updated, sometime in April, I filled in the action thru March 23...ugh. SO, without much further ado, I will attempt to do update one week/day, and I should be completely up to date in about a week!
Sunday 3/25
Bike 3:00:52 w Brandon. 17.0mph, avg HR=133, 51+miles
Mostly easy, except for climbing. Went up Route 39, or San Gabriel Canyon Road. There is no easy way to climb, at least in the shape I was then. Good day!

Bike 1:11:23 17.8 miles, avgHR=129, avg=15.0
But those numbers are deceptive, as this was a hill repeat session. Warmed up for 29:43, then did 8 x 1:00 out of saddle climbing, recovering 2:00 between efforts. I usually couldn't make the entire 1:00 standing, and had to sit the last 15 sec or so. These hurt a LOT.

Run 40:26.2 5.4 miles HR=155avg/170max
Thursday 3/29
Run 43:16.0 HR=144/164
Swim ~2000
-10x50@1:00 really easy
-1x500 various
-1x900 at even pace 12:05
Just over 1:20/100 on 900, which was fine with me.
Friday 3/30
Bike 1:21:47 127avg/155max 16.7mph 22.8 miles
Saturday 3/31 nothing-at caboom show all day!
Sunday 4/1
Run in Griffith Park w Brook. Kinda hot, but slow pace, so easy. ~1:00, sub 130HR.
