Finally woke up for a morning swim practice. The once-or-twice a week thing since the hour swim in January has definitely hurt my performance. This was only a 3800yd workout, and not a particularly hard one, and I sucked. On the last 3x100s I managed to get down to 1:05s and 1:06s. Otherwise, I was around 1:08-1:10 for everything else in the workout. Fortunately, the team is tapering for next week's meet, so I was able to make the intervals overall without a problem.
Total: 3800yd

We'll see if I manage to get on the trainer this evening when I get home from work. I'm dying to do it, and yet, I'm scared of tomorrows I.M. & longest-run-of-my-life sufferfest.
Note to Stephan: NO PADDLES!

People who are 6'4" don't need paddles because they already have big hands and big feet.
