Thursday - March 15 (Jason)

After last night's debacle, I got up and swam this morning. It's nice to actually be able to push athletically rather than being limited physically like running.

It's not what I'd call stellar, but it sure beats running! I'm off to Florida tomorrow morning. Hopefully, I can get up and get in a trainer workout before heading to the airport, then get another trainer workout in on Sunday when I get back. No running until at least Sunday, probably Monday at this point.
