Tonight was a short bike ride. Shorter and slower than I wanted but it was good to get outside. I went out with one of the consultants at work who is doing an MS 150 this year so I dragged him around the hills of Smithfield. We were out just over an hour and battled the wind. Even with the wind it was fantastic to be outside and get some fresh air on the bike. I realized that even thought I love my road bike I feel much more comfortable on the tri-bike right now. Maybe that's because I've been riding in that position more this winter than I rode my road bike in the past few years. Tomorrow I'll drop my road bike off for a tune up and Saturday I should be taking the racing bike out with Jason.
Total for the day 17.5 miles 70 minutes.
