Well, I had every intention of starting off gang-busters out of the gate, but I ended up having our cat jump up and down on me all night so I skipped the morning bike ride. Figured I got in plenty of cycling over the weekend so I'm in good shape.
Lunch today involved a 35 minute run at lunch. Wish I had more time but I'm limited by my job. 32 minutes at 8.0mph with 1% incline then 3 minute cool down. 4.5 miles.
Evening Swim:
300 Swim
2x(3x100 1:30 3x50 K/S :60 6x25 Drill/Swim :30)
12x75 2Moderate/1Fast IM 1:15
6x50 Kick 2 @ :55, 2 @ :50, 2 @ :45
15x50 2-3breaths per 25/1Fast Stroke :55
250 Drill
I feel like it's a good start. I've got to keep up the swimming right now to make it through New England Masters Championships so I can swim my 13 events without totally bonking.
